MY TEST-A-MONY

My name is Nathan Miller, and I am 73 years old, and married to my wife for 52 years. The reason why I started dating her is she started attending the church where my mother and myself attended. I played the guitar for them to sing. I had just came out of the Army, and had obtained my private pilot's license under the GI bill in Orlando, Fla. My wife, then Essie Ruth Fine, was going to Fanning Springs to a dance they held every Fourth of July. Her Uncle, Dallas Booth, Her Aunt, Doris Booth, and Cecil Sheffield were in the car owned by Cecil Shieffield. The two men were in the heaviest fighting in World war two, and were nervous . They saw the train coming up close, and they locked the brakes, slid up on the tracks, and stalled out. They all scrambles to get out of the car. The car doors opened from the front, and all made it out but Essie, as she was standing on the running board, and half out the door when the train hit the car. She was struck and thrown high in the air. She suffered broken and fractured bones with a concussion on the brain. She had spells, and spells, until a year after the wreck, had a spell so terrible, she died. They covered her up with a sheet. Now her mother, Nadine Cruchfield, said," wait before you call the ambulance or the doctor, or the undertaker, for we will have prayer first." They sent for the Holiness preacher from the Pentecostal church where I went. He came out and pulled the sheet back, and took her by the hand, and said," Rise up in the Name of Jesus Christ." She opened her eyes and looked at him. He said one more time," Rise up in the Name of Jesus Christ", and the Power of God struck her so powerful, that it knocked her off the bed on her feet. She screamed and she shouted for an hour or more. There were sixteen people in the room when this happened. Most of them are still alive. She has been alive ever since. Amen. We were married on Aug.27,* my youngest daughter was born on Aug.27, & we buried my mother-in-law on Aug.27. There are three children in my Wife's family. Her oldest Brother's first name is Charles, as that is my first name. The next child's name is Nathan, same as my middle name, and of course my Wife's last name is Miller. I have all of her family in my name in ascending down in time as well. Two of the main highways in Chiefland, are US l9, and US 27,and that is the year I was born, l927. Strange, yet all true. My oldest Daughter married a Miller, but no kin to my Miller family Name . My youngest daughter married an Osteen, but no kin to my Mother's Maiden name of Osteen. I WAS MARRIED IN 1948 WHEN ISRAEL WAS MADE A NATION, AND RECEIVED THE HOLY GHOST IN 1967 WHEN ISRAEL HAD THE SIX-DAY WAR AND JERUSALEM WENT FREE. MY MOTHER IN LAW WAS BORN IN 1912,AND HER OLDEST SON HORACE DIED 12 YEARS AFTER SHE DIED.

Henry Brown in Cedar Key,Florida is my mother-in-law's step-son, and was born on Aug.2nd., and is the same day Ashley Watson was born, the

daughter of My Oldest Daughter, Betty Watson of Chiefland, Fla.

Nathan Fine my brothet-in-law 's birthday is the same as Shannon Hudson, Sept. the 7th...Shannon is the daughter of Betty Watson.

My Mother-in Law's birthday is March the 16th., the same day Shannon Hudson had her daughter, Torrie Hudson. Shannon Hudson is my

Grand Daughter.

My Grand Daughter Deborah May in Manchester, Tn., has a son born

on August the 27th...He is 5 years old.

All this is strange, but yet so true.
