The congregation is supposed to be with him, one hundred percent. You're supposed to be just a hundred percent together. And in there, if you're not, then Satan's got a way to get in. You got a loophole somewhere, going to have everything cleared out.

And the government should stick to what their representatives say."

Then he said, "Well, the... That man's not with the government anymore."

I said, "And someday you'll not be with the government anymore, and the ones that wrote the Constitution's not with them anymore. I wonder if that still holds." You see, they try to find a loophole.

But, you see, those little things has to come there so they can pick it up to be that. God knowed it before the foundation of the world. Um-um. You know, Protestants still fall for that, something like that. Sure, they would, take it right away from the Scripture to somewhere else. Oh, my. I... Let--let's just stop for a minute. E-44 Now, the enemy spy, Satan, tried to find out what could he do to break into that. So he--he knowed he just couldn't come out and bluff her, so the only thing that he could do was to get her on reasoning. And that's what God uses today to fortify His church is His Word. And Satan comes around with reasoning power. Satan knowed that was a loophole. That was a place that people would break the easiest, was at reasoning.

You say, "Now, let me just reason with you. Now is it necessary?" If God said it was necessary, it's necessary, whether we have to cry, and boohoo, and do all this. If God said that the baptism of the Holy Ghost is necessary, I don't care how heavy it is, and how much of the world you have to give up. You're going to have to use it one of these days to stay alive. It's the only way of survival.

E-45 Now, when God had fortified His church He fortified it with the best thing that He could find, because it's His own children. And He fortified the church by the Word, His own Word. Just ask them to believe His Word, that's all there was. And Satan by his wisdom caused Eve to break down that barrier just in one place. Satan admitted every bit of the Word was right, but said, "Surely..." That's all he had to know. "Surely you won't die." Now, that was a loophole. He got Eve from behind that Word with one little doubt.

That's exactly where he gets the church today, the same thing. Just that one little doubt brings you on this side. And now there's no way to ever try to think that God will ever spare you through belonging to a church, belonging to an organization, or a group, or whatever it is, or any sensation. You've got to believe His Word and act upon the same. Right. There's... That's the only way. That's the--God's program at the beginning. That's God's program down through the life. That's God's program now: is the church must stay behind the Word. That's the only way that He--you can be saved.

26-5 Now, that is what? The believer; now the unbeliever; now the third class we're speaking about is the make-believer. That's the boy, the make-believer. Now, remember, in there stood all three. Now, we find out they do just exactly like their father does, Judas. There was Peter, and the rest of the apostles: believers. There was the seventy: unbelievers. And there was Judas hung right on; he was a make-believer. What do they do?

This is the kind that holds on until they can find something--a fault in it. They're looking every time to find a loophole, see how it's done, see if it's a trick, if it's a gimmick. They're waiting to be sold out. They're looking for that. The unbeliever, he don't even wait around; he's condemned it and walked out. The believer, no matter what happens, he believes it anyhow, for It's the Word. There's your three classes. The old unbeliever will walk out on the first thing that's said, he don't like about it. Brother, he's going to show his colors right then; he's a unbeliever.

Instead of staying right what the Word said, he wanted to sell her on the idea she'd be wiser, and she bought his product. And they still do the same thing today. Oh, my. Just the same thing that the Pharisees sold out and did. See? With the wisdom that they know, but--but deny the whole Word of God, when It's properly been proven, and It's been vindicated to them. They still try to find something and think it's a gimmick. They're a not settled in their mind. They can't believe it. You can tell them anything and they're back again. You can tell them anything, they're back again, and they just... You can't get it soaked in. You see? And watch them; they're watching for a time, just a loophole, that's all they want. That's what... If it hadn't been for the grace of God all my loopholes would been exposed if I had any. See? It's a grace of God 'cause there's no loopholes in the Word of God. It's straight Gospel.

41-3 Do I see myself hanging around trying to find a little loophole? Lord, if it's so, just--just--just clean me, Lord. Let my heart be clean and pure, because this is my life, Lord. I... Not only that, but I'd be leading men wrong and women wrong, and the people that I love and loves me, then I--I'd be wrong.

If I thought tonight that any denominational church was right, or the Council of churches was right, if the majority of the people were right, Lord God, help me to be man enough and Christian enough to admit my wrong and stand here and send these people to where I think that would be right. 76 And as soon as the--the unbeliever can get a loophole, he's trying to get away anyhow, so away he goes. The make-believer is staying on a little longer, till he can find something that he can pile some criticism on it. So there's your three, all together. That's the kind that they had then. That's the kind that they have now. That's the kind they'll always have until Jesus Himself, or God at the great white throne judgment, will separate it.
