This article appeared in the Chiefland Citizen as a letter to the editor, and they were so kind to print it. Here it is, and we read... Why Things Are the Way They Are. First and foremost is because we are living in the stage of the harvest of the crop that started in Eden and winds up in Revelation. A Harvest of sinners and Saints. Amen. Another reason is when a person or nation forgets God, they are turned into hell. Here is the process, we have bigger weapons, but more wars. We have a better way to travel, and swifter, but we are in a bigger hurry than before we got them, and less time to visit one another in time of need. Better ways to prepare food, and less quality. Better ways to make clothes, and more people going naked. Better doctors, better medicines, and more diseases to come on the scene. Bigger churches better-educated preachers, but less of the Power of God manifested and more hypocrites as well. Man has left God out, replaced Him with the Creature instead. Some say higher education is the answer, but you educate a thief, he will steal more and be harder to catch. You can polish his mind, but you cannot change his heart, as God alone can do that. Before a nation falls, the family has to fall first. Just say you are 18, and you and your new bride buy a piece of land for $100.00 a month, build a house for $500.00 a month. Now you have $600.00 a month. When you buy furniture it goes to $700.00 a month, you buy a car and it goes to $900.00 a month. When you consider your light bill, gas for your car and home it runs over $1100.00 a month. Count in clothes, food, health insurance, phone, garbage, and other things that pop up, a man is forced to take his wife out of the home to make ends meet. Here is the problem; A Mother is the one in the home to build character in the children, as the church is the woman of God to build character in the Saints. You have a baby sitter that is placed in the home, and money is all they are interested in, if you take the money away, they leave. When the children get grown, the baby sitter and the TV raised them, and you see the streets full of that raising. There is no love like a mother's love outside of the Love of God. The Mother then is the best model for the children, and take that away, Chaos.
Now this article the Newspaper put in was years ago, and I feel led by the Lord to add some to this most important subject.
Now on the Spiritual side. Many people thank God for what He has done in the past, thank God for what He promised to do in the future, but fail to thank God and be a part of what God is doing now. So on this note.
When Satan thought in the dark ages he had snuffed out the truth of God, Martin Luther rose up with the "FIRST sprout of Truth to restore what the worms of Satan had eaten up, as God said I will restore all that the four worms had eaten up. His messaga was Justification by faith, and God requires each individual to go that same way. All that believed that message was laid away and waiting for the Resurrection.
God was not through restoring, so He called John Wesley, and he brought forth Sanctification, the second work of Grace each individual must do to prepare himself for the infilling of the Holy Ghost...
God was preparing the People to receive His Full Word, as you see in 1906 was the beginning of America's Jubilee, and in 1957 was the end of the 50 years, and since then America has been going backward in her morals. I love my country, but I do not love her sins...."NOW" you are beginning to understand "WHY" things are they way they are.
In 1933 on the bank of the Ohio River, the Pillar of Fire came as a Light over the head of William Branham and said, "As John the Baptist forerun my First Coming, Your message will forerun My second Coming."

You see God could not Rapture His Bride when they were so scattered out in Mystery Babylon, or hundreds and hundreds of denominations and other kinds I don't even know about, God sent His Prophet with God's Message to call them to Himself, His Full Word. He gathered up all the loose-ends the many reformers did not see or understand, and Reveal them to His Bride.
Now when the World Counsel of Churches binds them really together, they will close the church doors of the Real Bride, and GOD then will grant His Bride
full Word-Power, and take them Home for the Wedding Reception, or the Wedding Supper, as the Wedding is going on now.
