Christmas is close at hand, and once again the world and 99% of Churches and Preachers will put Jesus Christ as a Baby in a Manger. What can a baby in a manger do for you? Thank God He was once there, but that is over 2000 years ago. By now He ought to be left that place..Has HE grown any since then? What did He do when He left the Manger?
Now The Wise men did not come to the Manger when they came to Jerusalem. They went to the Kings House and asked him where was the King of the Jews born? Well Herod did not like to hear of another King besides him, and he asked them when did you see the Star you talk about? They said about 2 years ago, as that is what the Bible says the children were killed in Herod trying to Kill Jesus.
Now Mary had to take Jesus to the Temple and bring a Sacrifice. Jesus had to be Circumcised. Now Mary and Joseph did not live in Bethlehem, but Nazarath, and they left Nazarath to go to Bethlehem to pay their Taxes, and as soon as they did, and in a few days came back to Nazarath.
The wise men when they left the Kings house, saw the Star so low, that it moved and led them to their HOUSE in Nazarath. Matthew 2;11.
How could you say a Star in the sky rested over a house? It is too far away.
Also the Bible does not say "THREE" wise men, but the Wise men.
Now when the wise men came to Jerusalem, the whole city was moved with their story, and how long did that take with no telephone or radio? Then Herod gathered all the Preists and Elders of Israel together, and asked them where Jesus should be born? How long did that take? By now Joseph and Mary were living in Nazarath, and not in Bethlehem.
Most people today say, we are celebrating the Birth of Jesus Christ, and have decorated a Christmas Tree, and under that tree we have gifts for one another,
and I would put more lights if I had the money on our house and property to outshine all around me.
Can a Baby live in you? Where two or three are gathered in MY Name, I will be in their Midst as a Baby in a Manger?
Jesus told His Apostles one day this statement;" The world will see Me no more, but YE shall see Me, for I will be with You, and even IN you till the end of the world."
Let us Put Jesus in Heaven Sitting as OUR GREAT HIGH PREIST, that can be touched with the feelings of all our needs.
We need to crucify our own self where He can live in us and continue the work He started years ago. Casting out devils, healing the sick, raising the dead, and giving answers to problems anyone may have, and not as a baby in a manger.
It is not so much as you being born again, as you died, and Christ was born again in you to be a Live God with Power to give you all that you have Faith for.
Some folks will save their time from the job to get drunk, raise sand, kick up their heels so to speak, and say we are giving honor to Baby Jesus in a Manger.
You honor Jesus Christ by hating sin and loving Righteousness, and denying yourself where He can live again is Life through you, and not as a Baby in a manger.
Many people will be angry with me in writing such in this article. Why will people be angry at the Truth of God? When I see greater Truth, I want to thank God He never let me go on in ignorance.
Repent, be baptised, and bury that old man, and let the New Man live again His Life through you.This is the True Gospel Message.
Luke 2;21-And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the Child, His Name was called, Jesus, which was so named of the Angel before He was conceived in the womb.
22-And when the days of her purification according to the Law of Moses were accomplished, they brought Him to Jerusalem, to present Him to the Lord;..and in verse 39 we read this; And when they had performed all things according to the Law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth..The Wise men now had not YET seen Jesus.
Lev.12;1,5 is where the Bible says if a woman has a Male child, she shall be unclean 33 days, and for a female 66 days....so in 33 days Mary had to leave Bethlehem and come to the Temple and see the Preist and offer the Sacrifice for Jesus and then go to their home in Nazareth, then the wise men came there to see Jesus.
You see Herod gathered all the religious leaders and asked them where Jesus was to be born, and they said in Bethlehem, and He said go there and find the child and come tell me so I can see Him, but he lied, as he wanted to kill Him. We know the story. When the wise men left to go to Bethlehem, the Star appeared to them to show them where the Child was in a house at Nazareth, as the 2 years had already passed as they told Herod that time. An Angel warned them to not tell Herod, and when they left, Mary and Joseph fled into Egypt, and when Herod was dead, they returned to Nazareth.
So then in 33 days, Mary and Joseph were in the Temple, and when they left the Temple, they went Home to Nazareth. The Scriptures say Jesus of Nazareth.
Apostle Paul said, "We don't know Christ after the flesh anymore, but after the Spirit."11 Cor.6-16.
If you are not persecuted for living and revealing the Life of Christ, how can that be pleasing to God in a wicked world?
Come to Him today, and He will receive you, if your heart is really in desiring Him. You are not waiting on God, as He is waiting on you.
The word Christmas comes from two words--CHRIST---MASS...In history the Catholic Church seen Christians celebrating Christ, and the Pagans having bon-fires, and all sorts of Pagan things, so the Catholic Church made the
celebration of Christmas in Dec. 25th. The Jews kept the sheep pinned up in the winter time, and did not sleep out in
the field with the sheep, as even Peter in the Spring warmed by a fire when Jesus was being condemned.
Luke 16;15--And He said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.
Christmas is highly esteemed among men, but the way it is done is ABOMINATION in the sight of God. In fact you can find no such mention or celebration in the Bible on the Birthday of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Image of the Invisable God. How can you give a birthday to God anyway? God wants you to celebrate His Death is freeing the Believer from sin and
death, as well as hell, and even living with Him eternally in the life to come.
Most of the world in a round about way, say Jesus Christ don't have any Gifts, but Santa Clause does, and you better be good, or you will not get him to come down your chim-knee, and I don't know how her gets past the fire in some. God
says not to bear False-Witness, and this is one of the largest false-witness cases I know.
You see what started this was the first Christians was preaching about Jesus, and the Pagans was celebrating December
the 22 as the Birth of the Sun in the sky, as December 21 is the shortest day of the year, and they thought the Sun in
the sky was their God, and so they had a celebration the 22nd., as the birth of their Sun-God, and so the Roman Catholic
leader changed it to the 25th., and called it the Birthday of Jesus Christ.
Let me say this before I leave this subject; Thank God for Christ being Born, but the main thing Has Christ been born in you? If not, Christ being born 2003 years ago will not give you Eternal Life.
Now what a Great Resurrection that was when Christ Rose from the Dead, and ascended into Heaven, but think about
the Resurrection of the Believer from Sin to Righteousness ! Resurrection from Darkness to Light ! Resurrection from
Death unti Life. Unless the Life of Jesus Christ is Living through you and me, His Resurrection will not give us Eternal Life!
So we don't know the day He was born, so what? What difference does it make? Thank God He was born, and He was
born to give His Life for me is the main thing. What Love He has displayed, and God help me to Love Him in Return.
